Return & Refund Policy

At Best Buddy Ramps, we strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we offer a return and refund policy to address your concerns.

General Return Policy:

  • Return Window: You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery for regular-priced items. Some products may have different return windows. Please contact our customer service to confirm the return window for your specific item.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Clearance items, customized products, and items purchased due to buyer's remorse are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate Return: Contact us at support@bestbuddyramps.com to initiate a return. Provide your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos or videos if the product is defective or damaged.
  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address. Please note that the return address may vary depending on the product.
  3. Ship Your Product: Ship the product back to us with the RMA number and original packaging using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
  4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your product is defective or damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.
  • Non-Defective Items: For non-defective items, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A restocking fee of up to 30% may apply depending on the product.

Special Conditions:

  • Cancellation:  If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If the order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order is in transit, we will attempt to recall it, and a recall fee may apply. If the recall fails, please refuse the delivery from the shipping company and inform us of your refusal. If we do not receive your rejection notice, the refund or exchange may be delayed.
  • Damaged Packages: If a package arrives damaged, please note the damage when signing for it and contact us immediately to file a claim with the carrier.

Exchanges:

  • Eligibility: You can exchange items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in new, unused, and resalable condition.
  • Processing: Exchange requests will be processed within 5 business days after receiving the returned item.
